mp4 conspiracy

When #electronic-mp3 was shut down by an abusive IRCOP , the channel was ressurected as #electronic-mp4. What followed was a flood of people who thought we had access to mp4 music compression technology that did not yet exist. This was a perfect fuel for my evil panic-creating mind.

<RedRASTA> so let's say i d/l, and play it offline, could they still see it?
<v-ger> it puts a hidden dll file in a random directory
<v-ger> which is tracable when you log on
